The lab welcomes students from industrial design, product design, transportation design, robotics engineering, mechanical engineering, artificial intelligence, computer science, interaction design, digital media, and related interdisciplinary backgrounds.
We encourage problem-driven interdisciplinary research, with emphasis on methodological innovation, prototyping, and application validation. Students are supported to explore topics in complex system design, bio-inspired robotics, supportive embodied systems, future mobility, and intelligent interaction.
Students Who May Fit

- Willing to connect theoretical questions, design methods, and prototype implementation
